Ima Rida is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Magi Farm, a Bali-based social enterprise transforming food waste into sustainable solutions using Black Soldier Fly (BSF) bioconversion. Driven by a mission to make responsible waste management accessible and practical, Ima works closely with hotels, restaurants, households, and local communities to implement on-site waste treatment systems that convert food waste into compost and high-value resources.

At the heart of her work is the belief that real change begins at the source with the daily choices we make around food and waste. By introducing simple, regenerative systems where the waste actually happens, Ima is helping build a more circular, conscious future for Bali and beyond.
