Rai Gede Wahyudi Putra is a Balinese potter and the founder of Rai Pottery Studio and production manager at Tri Surya Keramik. With a deep-rooted passion for art that began in his childhood, Rai was inspired by his father’s craftsmanship and has dedicated his journey to the world of pottery ever since. He specializes in crafting tableware and decorative pieces, often drawing inspiration from nature and everyday human activity. His works range from handmade functional ceramics to custom-designed pieces, showcasing a strong foundation in techniques such as pinching, coiling, hand-building, and glazing.

Rai’s career is supported by notable achievements, including national awards, international exhibitions, and mentorship roles. He has represented Indonesia in a cultural exchange in Okinawa, Japan, and served as a mentor and instructor in various government and university-led programs. Today, through his studio and teaching workshops, Rai continues to share his passion while nurturing the next generation of ceramic artists in Bali.
