With deep knowledge passed down through generations, he forages daily from the surrounding forests, gathering wild herbs, edible flowers, tropical fruits, roots, and forest honey. An essential part of Syrco BASÈ’s ecosystem, Agung is a passionate forager who brings nature directly to the plate.
